Furry Friends Policies
Here at Furry Friends, we value each and every one of you as a client, and we strive to provide compassionate care for your furry family member. Please take a moment to review our salon policies.
Entering & Exiting the Salon:
We ask that ALL pets be kept on leash or in a carrier when entering and exiting the salon. In addition, we ask that only 1 pet family be in the salon lobby at a time. This is to ensure the safety of your pet and others.
Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you are going to be late, please notify us as soon as possible. A late fee will be applied if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. After more than 20 minutes, the groomer may cancel the appointment at their discretion.
No Show Fee:
We understand that unforseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your prompt communication if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. An additional fee will be applied to appointments that are missed without 24 hour notice. This policy aims to ensure our groomers time is respected and allows us to fill the spot in a timely manner. Continued missed appointments may result in us not taking future appointments for your pet.
Clients release authorization to Furry Friends to take photos of their pet(s) for client files, business website, and social media pages. All photos taken are the property Furry Friends. Client’s personal information will not be shared or sold.
We will call you as soon as your pet is finished. Due to limited kennel space, we ask that pets be picked up no later than an hour after their appointment has been finished. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.
